Description

Oh no! In an attempt to hide from his arch nemesis, Professor Universe goes to the one place he can’t look: inside his arch-nemesis's body, but you quickly find yourselves lost and trying to get out. But, hey, while you're are here, why not learn about the heart, the lungs, the stomach? Those organs have had their day in the sun.

It’s time to go where no classroom has gone before: the thymus, the HQ of the immune system; the intricate piping of the lymphatic system; the microbiome of our gut, and more — meeting the hidden friends of our body that keep us alive, and exploring the gross and ick that makes us tick .Who knows, we may even see them in action against unfriendly folk like viruses and bacteria.

As a destination for discovery, your Fort Worth Public Library is a location for learners of any age. This program is designed for families to enjoy together.
