Smith Public Library offers a new twist on ringing in the New Year! Families are invited to celebrate with their youngsters with dancing, party favors, and a countdown to noon. All family members are welcome, but activities will be geared toward age 5 and younger. Children age 9 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Wristbands are required; they're free and available in the library lobby at 10am the day of event.
