Returning Thanksgiving Day through New Year's Eve, Prairie Lights is the premier holiday light park in Texas, located at Lynn Creek Park on Joe Pool Lake in Grand Prairie, Texas. Upon arriving at the entrance of Prairie Lights, you will be dazzled with 4 million lights set along a path of 2 miles. Hundreds of all-new displays in shapes of all kinds line and arch over the roads.

Prairie Lights 2021 features the return of Holiday Village. At the halfway point, exit your vehicle to enjoy: carnival rides, concessions, photos with Santa, the magical walk-thru forest, and more. The second half of the drive ends with the new and improved light tunnel, the perfect finale to a night you will never forget.

Listen to KLUV-HD3 and please remain in your car during the drive-through portion. Guests are allowed to ride in the bed of a truck through the event, but must remain seated at all times. In addition, minors riding in the truck bed must be accompanied by an adult. We also strongly encourage guests to obey any and all applicable traffic laws prior to entering the park.

Sneak-a-Peek Fun Run & 5K
Be the first to see all new displays at the 2021 Prairie Lights as you run, jog, walk or stroll through the lighted park. November 20 will be dedicated for runners, joggers and fast walkers. November 21 is set aside for those who want to walk and stroll through the lights. $35 on race day.
