Plano Steinfest

Steinfest is an all-ages, Oktoberfest-style event hosted by the Historic Downtown Plano Association that celebrates outstanding beer, great food and the right kind of polka music to get you and your friends dancing in the street.

This year’s Steinfest includes the finest beer, German-inspired cuisine, live music, an artist village of craftsman and makers, and VIP bier garden. VIP ticket sales coming soon.

Kid zone activities: petting zoo, harvest photo-ops, outdoor games, crafts

Kids yodeling competition on the Main Stage. Free to enter. All participants must be 14 and under. Only the first 15 people to register get to compete; everyone else will be put on a wait list.

Adult activities in the Steinfest Game Center: keg bowling, giant beer pong, and corn hole, plus a brat eating contest ($10 to enter; $100 prize) and stein holding contest (free).

Canine Fashion Show: Sign your pups up to compete in the fifth annual Canine Fashion Show on Saturday, open to all breeds. Bring your fur babies decked out in their best dress for the judges, and both you and your dog could win prizes and treats. There is no costume theme, just be creative and cute.. Only the first 50 to register will be able to compete; everyone else will be placed on the waitlist.
