PGA Frisco Independence Day Celebration

It’s go big or go home for Omni PGA Frisco Resort! On Saturday, July 1, the 600-acre development doubles up on celebrations, combining the official Grand Opening of the Monument Realty PGA District with Independence Day festivities. The evening will be filled with music, food, fireworks and lots of family fun.

Guests can enjoy upbeat music performed by Emerald City’s Limelight group starting at 6:30pm. With an 11-piece band, Limelight offers high-energy performances that will keep the party going all evening.

What’s a party without food? Grab a bite from a local food truck or dine at Monument Realty PGA District restaurants including Ice House, Lounge by Topgolf, Ryder Cup Grille and Margaret’s Cones & Cups.

The event is family-friendly and kids of all ages will love winning prizes at carnival games and getting their faces painted with patriotic colors.

PGA Frisco knows that it wouldn’t be Independence Day without a celebration in the sky. The event will feature a spectacular, high-tech drone show followed by eye-catching fireworks.

This event is free to attend but guests must reserve an admission ticket prior to the event. Parking passes are available for $25 at Panther Creek High School and $50 at the Monument Realty PGA District and must be purchased in advance; they will not be available at the event. Guests who purchase a CARRIED AWAY package from the Omni PGA Frisco Resort will receive guaranteed admission to the event for up to four guests. The CARRIED AWAY package also includes a $200 resort credit and a custom SCOUT bag, in addition to luxurious accommodations.

No lawn chairs, private carts, outside food and beverages, coolers, sparklers or animals will be permitted at the event.

Schedule:
6pm: Gates open, games and food available
6:30pm: Limelight performs
9:20pm: Drone show
9:30pm: Fireworks

Parking: Pre-paid parking passes are $25 at Panther Creek High School and $50 at the Monument Realty PGA District and can be purchased here. Parking passes will not be available for purchase on-site during the event.
