Description
Celebrate the New Year in style at Noon Year’s Eve, your chance to see the ball drop without the late night. Enjoy hands-on crafts and experiments throughout the garden and then stop by the entry plaza inside our beautiful butterfly gates to experience the excitement of a countdown and ball drop. To accommodate social distancing, there will be ball drops at 11am, noon and 1pm.
Activities this year include: nature noisemakers, DIY biodegradable confetti, safe sparklers, paper lanterns, wish bangs, New Year’s Eve around the world crafts, the science of calendars, New Year’s traditions community mural and the Walne Family Discovery Lab: Let It Snow.
The Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden is open to all ages. And while a few things may look a little different right now, it’s still the same delightful learning adventure for you to enjoy daily. Before you visit or reserve tickets, please review the new temporary guidelines, including:
-All guests 5 years of age and older are required to wear a face covering for the duration of their visit, except while dining or if medically unable to do so.
-All guests with children under age 5 are required to sign a release form before entering the Children’s Adventure Garden. These will be provided at the Butterfly Gates upon entry.
-Non-latex, disposable gloves will be available at the Butterfly Gates for all children, but not required.
