Additional Information

Enjoy wine, fine art and more at Grapevine’s 28th annual New Vintage Wine and Gallery Trail & Blessing of the Vines on Saturday, April 18. With tradition and flair, Grapevine celebrates new release wines, beautiful works of art and good times with friends.

Begin the day at Blessing of the Vines, returning to Grapevine’s Delaney Vineyards after a three-year hiatus. A mariachi band will lead a processional of dignitaries and guests through the beautiful vineyard, followed by a centuries-old European blessing performed by a representative from St. Francis of Assisi Grapevine.

The representative will bless the 2020 vines, ensuring a bountiful harvest. After the blessing, enjoy live entertainment and a complimentary wine tasting. Blessing of the Vines begins at 10 a.m. and is free for all ages. Delaney Vineyards is located at 2000 Champagne Blvd. in Grapevine.

From 11am–5pm, the celebration continues on the New Vintage Wine and Gallery Trail where trail attendees can taste a variety of wines at Grapevine’s winery tasting rooms and enjoy beautiful works of art throughout the city.

New Vintage Wine and Gallery Trail passports are $45 per person and include a souvenir wine glass, three (3) one-ounce (1 oz.) wine tastings and one food sample at each participating winery tasting room. Trail passport pick-up will be available at Delaney Vineyards (2000 Champagne Blvd.), from 9 am–noon, and the Town Square Gazebo (325 S. Main St.), from 9am–3pm. Advance purchase is recommended. Participants must be at least 21 years of age or older. No refunds will be issued.  This event will take place rain or shine.
