Bring your family to the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge for the inaugural Nature Con…servation, a fun run and spring festival.

Come out and enjoy a day of fun outdoor activities, exploration, and learning about conservation. The day’s activities begin with a fun run to Greer Island, followed by guided hikes, hayrides, and canoe rides on the Trinity River. Grab a meal at one of the food trucks and wrap up the day assisting with the BioBlitz.

The 3.5-mile fun run begins at 8am. Run or walk down to Greer Island and back and get a glimpse of where it all began in 1964. Dogs are welcome on the route, must be leashed and current with vaccinations. All participants will receive an event T-shirt with registration.

Pre-registration recommended. Register online with activity code 22557 at tinyurl.com/natureconfunrun. $15 per person. $10 per person for groups of 5 or more participants in one transaction.
