Description
You can experience the thrill of driving your personal vehicle around the 1.5-mile speedway oval, all to benefit local children who are in need. Laps for Charity returns to Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday, March 6, benefiting Speedway Children's charities. After you take your laps, you can celebrate with a picture taken in Victory Lane.
Note that all drivers must be 18 years of age or older, and passengers must be 6 years old. Safety belts must be worn by all occupants. A TMS pace car will set the speed limit for these single-file, no passing allowed laps.
For $40 you can take three laps around the track, get one Laps for Charity T-shirt, and then go enjoy a car show, live music, food and beverages.
Price increases to $50 the day of the event and additional sets of laps are $30 each. Photos in Victory Lane will be $10 and any additional T-shirt purchases will be $15.
