Description
At Down to Play indoor playground in East Dallas, Lark + Evergreen invites kids ages 2–5 to stretch, play, and explore their feelings through yoga. Every week will have a fun theme, and kids can dress up to match:
• Tuesday, October 14: Superhero Yoga (bring your cape)
• Tuesday, October 21: Zoo Animal Yoga (animal ears, tails, or face paint encouraged)
• Tuesday, October 28: Halloween Costume Yoga (any favorite costume welcome)
Each 30-minute workshop will blend playful movement, calming breath, and mindful rest to help kids manage big feelings—whether that’s anger, excitement, sadness, or frustration.
Lark + Evergreen is a local East Dallas movement and wellness business focused on Kids Yoga, Private Event Yoga, and Postpartum Exercise. Owned by Katy Spartz, a mom of twin 6-year-olds, and are passionate about making a difference for moms and kids through movement and the mind-body connection.
Each ticket includes play after the class at Down to Play's indoor playground. Join for yoga; stay to play. Tickets are $20 per kid per class and may be purchased in advance at larkandevergreen.com.
