Description

Best known for a growth in the romantic movement through the emergence of artists, novelists, and poets, the Regency Era is one of the most beloved eras in our history. Through giving us the works of artists like Thomas Lawrence, Jane Austin, and John Keats, the Regency Era transformed society as the world knew it before coming to an end. But then again, as Keats states, "the poetry of Earth is never dead."

Junior Players invites you to join us as we step into a world of elegance and enchantment and raise much needed funds for the Lawrences, Keats, and Austins of tomorrow. This year's gala will take place on Saturday, March 2, at 6pm at On The Levee.

This unique immersive party will feature drinks, music, dancing, and many unique ways to participate in raising funds to support Junior Players’ free arts education programs, which serve over 15,000 children and teenagers annually, the majority of whom (85%) are low-to-moderate income.
