Visitors to Oliver Nature Park are often focused on the plants and animals that live there. But what lies beneath your feet when you visit? On Monday, July 27, join a naturalist for a geology-related lesson to explore the inorganic side of nature. Pre-registration required.

9–10am for 5–8 years
Fossil Finders: What are fossils, and how are they made? What fossils can we find at the park?

10:30–11:30am for 9–14 years
Paleontology: How are fossils formed, and what can they tell us about the history of the Earth?
