On Monday, Nov. 16 from noon–1pm March of Dimes hosts “It Starts With Mom Live Texas: Leading With Empathy – Creating A Culture Of Understanding,” to shed light on topics that moms and moms-to-be find the most pressing today.

Now more than ever it’s clear families are the backbones of our workforce, and it’s important to create a culture of understanding for parents. This panel will discuss diverse perspectives and real-life examples of finding the balance between parenting and being a great employee. Attendees will learn how to approach uncomfortable topics and create opportunities for positive dialogue in the workplace.
