Description
On Saturday, January 21, show off your fancy footwear and join the Junior League of Fort Worth for the inaugural In Her Boots 5K and 1-Mile Walk, held at Panther Island Pavilion. The 5K is a traditional race suitable for Fort Worth runners, while the 1-mile fun walk is ideal for anyone and everyone who wishes to celebrate Fort Worth’s western heritage during the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo by walking a mile in their favorite pair of cowboy boots. You don’t want to miss JLFW’s newest rodeo tradition!
The Panther Island course is USA Track & Field (USATF) certified. Registration is open through January 21. Look online for more details about race day information, registration costs, and individual and team sign-ups.
