Grab the kids for an interactive cookie decorating party at the Commissary. Executive Pastry Chef Ruben Toraño will lead a fun, interactive experience showcasing decorating techniques. Following a giant cookie how-to demo, kids will get the opportunity to decorate their own cookie. A take-home decorating kit with a dozen holiday-shaped cookies, icing, sprinkles, and supplies will be available for purchase after the event.
$25 per child (includes tax and gratuity). Ticket includes hot cocoa, cookie to decorate, icing and sprinkles—lots and lots of sprinkles! Seating is limited for this small format class. Book your spot in advance here.
Commissary is a cafe, butcher shop, bakery, gelateria, espresso bar and market—all in one. Located in the heart of downtown at Main Street and Field Street, the grab-and-go concept is housed in the five-story blue mosaic tiled building designed by artist Jorge Pardo. The perfect spot for a morning latte, lunch on the go, or leisurely dinner. The thoughtfully edited market rounds out the menu with beer and wine to go, daily rotisserie, house-made gelato and fresh baked pastries.
