Description
On April 8, 2024, Dallas will be the largest city in the path of totality for the once-in-a-lifetime Great North American Eclipse. The Perot Museum of Nature and Science partners with Carnegie Institution for Science for an extraordinary event to safely experience the eclipse.
Ticket update: A limited supply of additional tickets will be made available on February 1 at 9am.
Activities
Join more than 20 astronomers and fellow astronomy enthusiasts for this awe-inspiring event. Enjoy a live DJ and band, hands-on STEM activities, food trucks, games and more! Guests will also have full access to explore throughout the Museum.
Food and Beverage
Food and drinks will be available for purchase from the food trucks listed below. The Museum Café will also have special eclipse-themed snacks available for purchase, including beer and wine options. All guests are also welcome to bring their own food and drinks to our picnic area.

Eye Safety
It is unsafe to view a solar eclipse without specialized eyewear. Viewing the sun directly or through a telescope, camera or binoculars can result in serious eye injury. Please note: Eclipse glasses will be provided for all attendees. Click here for more safety tips from NASA.
