This festival is family-friendly. Organizers recommend that guests wear sunglasses to help keep the powder our of your eyes, and for young children to wear sound protected earphones.

Organizers also say that the color powder is made with nontoxic food grade dye and does not stain the skin, but if you're unsure, you can test a small patch to ensure you do not have any allergies to the dye.
