Flashlight Egg Hunt

Experience hunting for eggs after the sun goes down and while the moon is shining bright. Bring your flashlight and basket to gather eggs with your child. Come check in as early as 6pm and enjoy fun-filled activities before the start of your hunt. CUTX Food Truck will be on-site serving meals to registered participants and their families.

1 to 4-year-olds: 7:30–7:50pm
5 to 9-year-olds: 7:55–8:10pm
10 to 13-year-olds: 8:20–8:35pm
Kids with special needs are welcome to come earlier in the day, 7–7:15am.

Event details:

• Wristbands may be picked up outside Joe Farmer Recreation Center (1201 E. Bethany Drive, Allen) on the day of the event.
• Arrive early to ensure you attend your scheduled hunt time. Reserve enough time for traffic and parking.
• Parents and guardians please remember this is a hunt for the children and youth to enjoy so only children in that age range/time slot are allowed to pick up the eggs.
• Please help us in hosting a safe event, only one parent per registered child allowed in the hunt ring. All other family members need to wait outside the hunt ring.
• No strollers, wagons, push carts/toys or buggies allowed in the hunt ring. You will be able to park them alongside the hunt ring area.
• Do not leave valuables as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Please be aware, it is dark in the park at nighttime.
• Parents and guardians please remember this is a hunt for the children and youth to enjoy, and not a competition. Please encourage safety and fair play.
