First Tuesday: One Winter’s Day

Dream of snowflakes, snowmen, and snowballs in the Dallas Museum of Art's holiday celebration of the winter season. Enjoy a free fun-filled day of art-making, performances, story times, and tours.

11am–2pm
-One Winter's Day photo op: ​Snap a family pic at our wintery day-themed photo spot.
-Art-making activity: Drop in and create your own snow globe using a plastic plate, pom poms, and more.
-​Snowy day sensory play: ​Squish hot chocolate-scented play dough, play with Arctic animals, warm up with mitten math, put together our felt snowman, and more at one of our winter-themed sensory stations.
-Pop-up art spot: Visit our cart for creative games and activities in the galleries.

11:30am–noon:
-Winter Wonderland puppet show with Geppetto's Marionette Theater

12:15––12:45pm: ​​
-Happy Holidays family tours in English and Spanish

1–1:30pm:
-Story time with the Dallas Public Library
