Description
Animal tracks, deer trails, singing birds, trees with personality—you never know what you’ll find on on this monthly nature walk through the Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area (LLELA). This family-friendly hike will last about 2 hours. Registration is required.
This is offered as part of LLELA's regular programming, including Second Saturday Bird Walks and Toddler Nature Time on first and third Wednesdays.
Admission:
Purchase a day pass at the gatehouse. Daily entry is $5 per vehicle with card. (Cash, American Express, or tap to pay are not accepted.)
Bus entry rates: $20/van or bus with 10-25 passengers, $30/bus with more than 25 seats.
Hours:
LLELA and the gatehouse are open 7 days a week
7am–7pm March–October
7am–5pm November–February
Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day
