Farmers Branch Independence Day Celebration

Celebrate our nation’s independence with your neighbors, family and friends on Friday night, July 1, at Farmers Branch Historical Park. This event features the area’s best low-level fireworks show as well as lots of free activities for the kiddos including airbrush tattoos, balloon artists, strolling patriotic characters and the Ballistic Swing amusement ride. As if that wasn’t enough, the high energy, party band Limelight to get you up and dancing.

There will be food and beverages for sale from Nuevo Leon Mex Mex, Bartley’s BBQ, Fletchers Corn Dogs & Funnel Cakes, Blackberry Winter Creamery, Tikiz Shaved Ice, and gourmet caramel apples from Taylor’s Sweetshop. Adult libations including beer and wine will be available for purchase at the event. Outside coolers are allowed, but alcohol is prohibited.

KidsZone will be open until 9:30pm, offering:
-Ballistic swing ride
-Colored hairspray
-Balloon artist
-Airbrushed tattoos
-Strolling patriotic and historical characters
-Lady Liberty living statue
