Family Nature and Forest Bathing

After a short introduction, a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide will lead you through a peaceful bathing experience in the riparian forest (a slow paced walk with a series of of invitations that will allow you to unwind and reconnect with nature, yourself and the community).

All participants must register. Each child/family must have at least one adult attending and registered for the program. Children must be supervised by the adult they came with.
