Family Campout

The Blackland Prairie Raptor Center’s Family Campout offers visitors a memorable overnight experience in the beautiful Brockdale Park. The experience will include an overnight campout, live raptor program, guided evening trail walk, s’mores, breakfast and more. Register here.

Spots are limited, so be sure to get your ticket now for this next event. This program is designed for families with children ages 3 years and older. Each attending group must have at least 1 adult per 4 children to provide supervision.

Guests must bring their own tent and equipment. Suggested equipment: tent, sleeping bags and pads, pillows, camp chairs (if desired), hand sanitizer, toiletries, prescription medication, water and drinks, snacks, flashlight, bug spray, sleepwear, other weather appropriate clothing

Please note that lights out will be no later than 10pm.
Pastries, fruit and water will be provided for breakfast. Guests may bring other food options as desired.
Guests are not permitted to build their own fire. Fire is only permitted in the designated fire pit ring and will be managed by Center Staff and Volunteers.
Electricity is not readily available, so please plan accordingly.
Restrooms will be available throughout the entire event. No showers available.
