Eat the Weeds

Are you interested in foraging, but don't know where to start? Plants that you might consider pesky weeds, can be a wonderful, tasty treat! In this class, you'll learn how to identify and safely harvest wild plants. Before you know it, you'll be safely Eating the Weeds!

This is a class for ages 10 and up. All participants must register. Register online here. Each child/family must have at least one adult attending and registered for the program. Children must be supervised by the adult they came with. No refunds for absences or cancellations (including weather). Your payment will be considered a donation to environmental education.
