It is now mandatory for all guests and employees to wear a face mask. All gear and equipment including headsets, foot and hand trackers and backpacks are thoroughly clean and sanitized before each use. Additionally, all user equipment goes through a heat and ozone sterilization process on a regular basis.

All travelers must be at least 48 inches tall and 10+ years old. Travelers under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket to sign the Dreamscape waiver on child's behalf.
