Description

The Hughes Family Tribute Center presents its annual Día de los Muertos celebration on at Crown Hill Memorial Park in Dallas, which is the site of Bonnie Parker's grave. The cemetery, located in the Bachman Lake area, is traditionally visited by families on Día de los Muertos.

For the first time, we are spreading our Fiesta del Día de los Muertos over 2 days:
Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 4–6:30pm
Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 4–8:30pm

Entertainment includes live mariachi band performances, music, games and face painting. Come see Mayan dancers (previous years have featured Grupo Pakal) and experience the wonders of Día de los Muertos like altars, marigolds and sugar skulls. For more specific details of events, visit facebook.com/HughesFTC for updates.

In 2020, Hughes Family Tribute Center, one of the few family-owned and operated funeral homes remaining in Dallas, was awarded, for the fifth year in a row, the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) Pursuit of Excellence Award.
