The award-winning Denton Redbud Festival is Denton’s Official Arbor Day celebration – promoting community beautification and Denton pride since 1994.

The Denton Redbud Festival features dozens of vendors with tree and plant sales, gardening supplies, household items and local/handmade products, along with family-friendly activities and live, local music.

The Redbud Festival features:
-KDB Tree Sale benefiting Keep Denton Beautiful, Inc.
-KDB Plant Bar: For a donation, attendees can create a custom-made plant to take home.
-Live Screen Printing: Customize your own festival T-shirt with Pan Ector Industries. A portion of your sale benefits KDB.
-Ceremonial Arbor Day Tree Planting
-Festival food trucks: The Original Fletcher’s Corny Dog and Twin Stacks BBQ
Educational workshops: Gardening, beekeeping, tree planting, etc.
-Kids Zone with multiple bounce houses (Free!)
-Face painting and balloon twisting (Free!)
-Free yoga (10am)
-Tree-themed story time (11am) hosted by the Denton Public Library. Attendees receive a free copy of the book (while supplies last; limited to one per household).
-TRASHion Fashion Runway Show (noon) hosted by SCRAP Denton. See dozens of handmade fashions designed almost entirely out of “trash” items. Participants of all ages.
