Discover the glamour, luxury and artistry of cinematic couture. This exhibit allows you to step onto the movie set with 43 costumes from 27 period films. Covering five centuries of history, intrigue and comedy, the exhibition will reveal how film costumes set the scene and establish authenticity in films.
Each piece was specifically crafted to provide clues about the character’s status, age class and wealth. Some highlights include Johnny Depp’s costume from Pirates of the Caribbean, pieces from the Costume Academy Award winning film The Duchess, and Emmy Rossum’s gown from The Phantom of the Opera.
