Description
On Saturday, May 3, come out to Kaleidoscope Park in Frisco for this free community Cinco de Mayo festival featuring a concert by Tejano Queen Forever, margaritas, food trucks, and family-friendly fun - all in celebration of Mexican culture and heritage.
Park visitors can enjoy a variety of local food trucks serving authentic flavors and sip on hand-crafted margaritas from premier beverage caterer Tapaholics. Festivities will also include a themed photo op, outdoor lawn games, and arts and crafts activities for children (colorful tissue paper flowers).
The main event of the evening is a high-energy performance by Tejano Queen Forever, a Selena Quintanilla cover band, from 7–9pm on the Performance Lawn. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy the show.
As a special tribute to Frisco ISD educators, the Park will offer VIP seating for teachers during the Tejano Queen Forever performance. These limited seats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and educators must present their Frisco ISD credentials or ID upon entry.
