Description

The Texas Ballet Theater company will return to the stage after the holidays with Brilliants, a mixed repertoire production featuring four shorter ballets in one program that show the evolution of ballet over time.

Without Borders traverses the boundaries between the neoclassical and contemporary while exploring the powers of perspective and individualism. Choreographed by Val Caniparoli.
Grand Pas Classique (choreographed by Victor Gsovsky) and Le Corsaire Pas de Deux (choreographed by Rudolf Nureyev) each showcase classical technique, artistry, and physicality.
Rubies is a crisp and witty neoclassical piece that sparkles as vividly as the jewel itself. Choreographed by George Balanchine.

Brilliants is approximately 2 hours long, including 2 intermissions.

On stage:
February 23–25
Bass Performance Hall, 525 Commerce Street, Fort Worth

March 1–3
Wyly Theatre, 2400 Flora Street, Dallas
