Blooming Mama: Live Class on Mental Health, Pregnancy & Postpartum

Preparing moms for an emotionally healthy transition to motherhood. This live online class prepares Moms (and their spouse/partner) to actually feel ready for the emotional ups and downs that are coming, learn to adapt to a new lifestyle, new body and new identity without losing your true self and feel good, make memories and blossom as motherhood unfolds. Spouse/partner is encouraged to attend and welcomed at no additional cost.
