Fridays September 7–28, 11am

Bring your kids ages 3–5 to Plano's Haggard Library for stories that inspire your little artist, followed by a different hands-on activity each week. Things may get messy! Smocks and materials provided.

Admission is free but tickets are required and distributed 30 minutes before the program.
