After Dark in the Park is a family-friendly fall festival that highlights the unique environmental education programs of River Legacy Living Science Center through a variety of games, crafts and activities.
This 22nd annual festival features family fun that includes:
-Pumpkin patch
-Storytelling under the stars
-Camp scene, games and bounce houses
-Karaoke
-Nature at night trail
-Animal encounters
-Temporary tattoos and a prize cube with prizes
-Food vendors
-A unique children’s area with games, crafts and activities geared for children ages 2–10
Admission: $8 per person for all ages 3 and older. (Food & some activities require coupon purchase, but more than 20 activities are free with price of admission). Pre-purchase Family Fun Packages for $45 (a $52 value) for four admission tickets, plus $20 in coupons. Family Fun Packages go on sale in September and are not available at the gate.
Parking: Park in River Legacy Parks (at Green Oaks Blvd. & Margaret St.) and catch a free hayride shuttle to event entrance.
