After a short introduction, a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide will lead you through a series of invitations that will allow you to reconnect with Nature, yourself, and the community. After each invitation, a moment will be taken to share and reflect. The slow-paced walk culminates with a tea ceremony and snack. Register online here.
