65 Roses Challenge Road Trip

The global pandemic has meant that the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Northeast Texas Chapter has had to transition its Great Strides, Climb and CF Cycle for Life events virtually this year.

You are invited to be part of the virtual Northeast Texas Chapter's 65 Roses Challenge Road Trip, a fundraising effort that will help get one step closer to finding a cure.

This event will take you through some great landmarks across the state of Texas and into Louisiana throughout the course of the challenge, so saddle up for a fun ride. The chapter aims to raise $650,000 by the end of the challenge on September 26.

The 65 Roses Challenge Road Trip will run through September 26, with everyone showing off what they are doing for the challenge via social media throughout the campaign and on September 26. The beauty of being virtual this year is that you can have team members from anywhere in the world join you.

How to participate:
1. Sign up for a Northeast Texas Chapter event.
2. During the registration, click the “Yes, I am taking on the 65 Roses Challenge Road Trip!” box.
3. Commit to your personal challenge for the 65 days. Choose your challenge: walk/run/hike 65 miles, ride 165 miles, try 65 new recipes, draw 65 pictures, read 65 books. These are just some ideas, but it can be whatever you choose.
4. Fundraise online by leveraging the tools in the Participant Center, the mobile app, and fundraise on Facebook to reach your goal. Create a virtual passion fundraising event by developing a fundraising event through your favorite hobby, activity, or passion.
