Join the City of Bedford July 4th to celebrate Independence Day featuring free live musical entertainment by the Inspiration Band, a variety of themed family friendly activities, classic car show, yummy festival food and, of course, the spectacular fireworks when the sun goes down.

Admission to 4thFEST is free. Feel free to bring lawn chairs, blankets, coolers and non-alcoholic beverages. (No glass containers.) The fireworks go off at 10pm from the Boys Ranch Park.

Splash Aquatic Center will be open from noon–7pm. Cost is $6.50 for adults, $5.50 for children under 18, and free for 2 years and under.

General parking will be available in the grass lot at the corner of Forest Ridge Drive and Harwood Road. General Parking opens at 11am for Bedford Splash patrons. General Parking is $20. (Enter via Eastbound Harwood.)

Bedford Public Library parking located at 2424 Forest Ridge Drive is $15 (Enter via Bedford Road). Parking at the Old Bedford School (2400 School Lane) is $10. Parking at the Library and Old Bedford School begins at 4pm. Keep in mind Forest Ridge Drive between Harwood Road and Shady Ridge Drive will be closed beginning at 4pm. There is no shuttle service available.

Handicapped parking is available in the Boys Ranch Park and accessible via the main entrance from Eastbound Harwood Road to Forest Ridge Drive. A handicap placard or tag is required. These spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
