Eastbrook Park in Fort Worth

Location: 2728 Escalante Ave., Fort Worth. It’s a neighborhood park at the end of a cul-de-sac. Once you’re on Escalante Avenue, you will run right into it.

What makes it noteworthy: Eastbrook Park is great if you have children of multiple ages because it has one large play structure for all ages. There’s a rail separating the side for big kids from the side for littles. Older kids will enjoy climbing up and down the rock climbing wall, and the bouncy spring toys will be a hit with little ones.

Extras: The playground is the focal point of this small park. Other than a couple of covered picnic tables and an open grassy area, there’s not much else to the park. There is a concrete sidewalk that wraps around the playground, perfect for bikes and strollers.

Safety: Eastbrook Park scored a 22 out of 24 on the Safety Report Card, giving it an overall grade of an A*. Other than small amounts of rust, the equipment is in like-new condition.
