Viridian Sailing Camp

Sailing Camps are a fun way for juniors and teens to learn the fundamentals of sailing through actual time on the water in beautiful Lake Viridian in Arlington!

Sailing with supervision, kids will learn by doing, experiencing how the wind moves a sailboat. Through activities and games, campers will be introduced to all the important parts of sailboats as well as wind strength, wind direction, flotation fundamentals, and basic weather influences on sailing.

Camps include hands-on, investigative and experience-based curriculum taught by our knowledgeable US Sailing certified instructors. We provide life vests and sailboats for all our campers.

Junior Sailing Camps — Learn to Sail
One-Week Sessions in June and July
Monday–Friday, 9am–12pm
Ages 8–12

Junior Racing Camp — Intermediate/Advanced Instruction
Must have completed Junior Sailing Camp
One-Week Session in July
Monday–Friday, 9am–12pm

Teen Sailing Camps — Learn to Sail

Monday–Friday, 4pm–7pm
Ages 13–17
