Come explore outside with our week-long summer camps for ages 4–12. During camp weeks, attendees spend about 80% of the day outside in our 7.5 acres of organic gardens. Campers have fun while engaging in plant and animal themed activities, creative crafts, and plenty of free nature play. We incorporate science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) and social-emotional learning (SEL) practices into our daily activities. We have knowledgeable and experienced staff, plenty of shade for those hot summer days, and a reprieve from the heat in our two-story indoor tropical butterfly house. We also visit other attractions located inside Fair Park, like the Dallas Children’s Aquarium and Big Tex Urban Farms.
Instead of spending all day in front of a screen or in a stuffy classroom, let your kid enjoy the wonders of nature in our beautiful gardens during their summer camp experience. The kids will have so much fun they won’t know they’re learning and growing as individuals!
All camps are Monday–Friday from 9:30am–3:30pm with optional paid pre care starting at 8am and post care ending at 5:30pm. Lunch and afternoon snack are provided daily. Ages of camp are camper’s age at the time of camp. No age exceptions. Activities are developmentally age appropriate.
Week-long summer camps are $280 for Members and $310 for Non-members.
