They aim to build strong relationships with families, providing guidance that allows families to grow and thrive. Their office provides well child visits for children from birth to age 18, same-day sick visits and a complimentary 24-hour nurse line. Nursery privileges are available at Texas Health Resources Dallas and Medical City Dallas, and the practice maintains an affiliation with Children’s Health.

Every provider here always takes the time to listen to us and our questions and answers thoughtfully. We’ve always felt welcomed, cared for, and have genuinely seen this team go above and beyond for our kiddos- calling from vacation with lab results, checking breathing in the parking lot when we couldn’t tell how much to worry about a baby with rsv, calling to check on us after referrals. So many extra moments that have showed us how much this team cares about kids in general and ours in particular in their moments of need. Dr. Troendle is fantastic. We see her for my medically complex 10 year old daughter and for my 5 year old typically developing daughter and she is amazing with both. She is kind, and has such a positive aura and puts both at ease. She is amazing at diagnosis. Being a mom to a special needs daughter, there is a ton of documents required for nursing, therapies, insurance, school and the office is on top of it. We love going to Richardson Pediatric Associates to see Dr. Troendle. No matter how busy her day is, she always provides a thorough/thoughtful visit with a big smile. She makes my kids feel comfortable and safe. I know we are in the best hands with her. We moved about 30 minutes away but still drive back to see her because we can’t imagine having any other pediatrician taking care of our kids.
