At birth, the average baby’s brain is about 1/4th of the size of the average adult brain. In the first year of their life, that size doubles. By age 3, it’s about 80% of adult size, and at 5 years old, the brain is 90% the size of an adult’s. Nearly full-grown. That’s big. And if you think about what it really means– that in this time in a child’s life, from 0 to 5, there is a very small window of opportunity that parents have, when a child is curious, exploring with a sense of wonder and excitement and so open to learning about the amazing, colorful, playful, joyful, big, big, big world around them. Franchise owner Dr. Noel J. Rigley PhD. comes from three generations of early childhood educators. He is passionate about early childhood education, and we are committed to serving the educational needs of every community he touches. As a family of educators, he is the proud owner of Primrose Schools of Frisco West, Klyde Warren Park, Park Cities, Plano at Preston Meadow, Prestonwood, Dallas at Kessler Park, Plano at Deerfield, Temple, and Waco at Woodway. He is eager for you to learn more about our Balanced Learning Approach when you visit our school.

Our schools are committed to making a difference in the communities we serve and are actively involved in supporting several local foundations and charities. Primrose schools provide additional programs such as music, Spanish, character development, thumbs up outdoor physical health program, and sign language. Our highest priority is the health, safety and growth of our staff and students, as well as providing superior customer service to our families. All programs are included in the tuition and no additional supply fees!
