The quality of the clinic, everything is clean, the waiting time is short, the waiting room is comfortable with nice natural light coming from big windows. They have videos explaining procedures, and have a water and coffee station. The staff is friendly, they remember your name, they handle the dates of the appointment carefully, they don’t mix dates, and they remind you of the appointment. The technicians are very professional, they do the work very carefully, they listen to the patient’s needs and concerns. On the first appointment they take pictures, radiography and do an analysis of the bite. Dr. Martinez is very patient, he’s not in a hurry. He sits down with you and explains everything you ask. He is great with my daughter who’s 23 months old but he is also great with my husband who required a root canal. The place has plenty of parking space in front, conveniently located. —Nohelia, Dallas
