The Day School builds a firm foundation for young children's later learning and growth through their mission of partnering with families to educate the whole child within a nurturing Christian environment.
Partners With Families: The Day School establishes meaningful partnerships with families by building relationships and establishing community. Families are provided opportunities to come together in friendship and fellowship, and parents are invited to participate in the classroom and school community through numerous volunteer opportunities. Teachers communicate with parents frequently, and regular parent- teacher conferences are provided.
Educates the Whole Child: The Day School believes that each area of early development is an integral piece of early childhood growth and learning. Social- emotional, language, cognitive, physical, and spiritual development is encouraged through an intentional, developmentally appropriate curriculum in an environment of inquiry and hands-on learning.
Nurturing Christian Environment: The Day School teachers are committed to modeling Biblical principles and helping their children develop personal relationships with Jesus Christ. Children learn the teachings of the Bible through their Godly Play class, chapel, and a school-wide positive reinforcement system based on the Fruit of the Spirit.
