As a single mom in the ever changing retail environment I had a lot on my plate. I hit a breaking point that I was ashamed to admit. I was recommended to Heather and she has been amazing. No “couch” style therapy just real. One session I couldn’t do video I was so down and she called me to have our session and that meant the world.
