Delilah was my angel guiding me through my first birth. She prepared me with realistic and practical education and on the big day, she held my hand (both literally and figuratively) the whole way. When she showed up, she gently coached me through labor in a way that made it pain-free. She was a wonderful coach for my husband as well.
