Dr. Dawnette Peppler joined Women’s Health Services in 2001, after completing her Obstetrical and Gynecological residency program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She grew up in Kearney, Nebraska, and attended college at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.

Dr. Peppler is an expert in both normal and high risk Obstetrics and is the Obstetrical Director for Women’s Health Services. She completed the required training to obtain certification to direct and perform in-office sonography.

She is a skillful surgeon who excels in diagnosing and treating abnormal uterine bleeding with in-office procedures including flexible hysteroscopy and endometrial ablations. She is also well-trained to provide surgical treatment for uterine descensus, bladder leakage and uterine abnormalities, including fibroids.

Dr. Peppler has an honest and direct communication style. She thrives in a challenging environment and is motivated to achieve great outcomes. She is a member of the AMA, Texas Medical Association, and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Women’s Health Services has six female physicians who work together as an intricate team to provide seamless healthcare services to all of their patients. WHS offers two locations for office appointments in Arlington. The north office is just off of I-30 at 1001 N. Waldrop, Suite 505. The South office is located at 5005 S. Cooper, Suite 275. WHS provides all hospital care through Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital, the finest community based hospital in Arlington.

Dr. Peppler successfully placed two cervical cerclage, which were the difference between a second trimester loss and delivery of healthy full-term babies. Every doctor in the office is wonderful. They all take as long as you need for your care.
