From fifth grade through graduation, DIS students spend their day at our Secondary Campus, located on Waterview Parkway, adjacent to the UTD campus.  Our secondary campus boasts a world class recently renovated STEM lab, an expansive renovated library, an art room, a music room, a dance studio, a multi-purpose room which doubles as an auditorium and a lunchroom, along with its bright cheerful subject-level classrooms.  The campus also boasts plenty of exterior space, where students can enjoy a playground, a full basketball court, a grass track, a soccer field, and lots of outdoor seating where they can eat lunch and socialize. Located directly across from the University of Texas at Dallas, DIS students have access to the university’s athletic facilities for PHE (Physical Health Education) as well as sports team practices.  Students as early as fifth grade can choose to attend the French Program, which culminates with the French Baccalaureate, or can take classes in English with a focus on language study, and work toward their International Baccalaureate (IB DP, Bilingual IB DP, Advanced Bilingual IB DP, or the IB CP (Career-related Program)).  All of these degrees are awarded in addition to the DIS High School Diploma. DIS grads have gone on to study at some of the most prestigious universities and colleges, both in the USA and abroad.
