My daughter lost her father and I immediately sought out a practice that could help her play through some of her big feelings. Courtney has been working with us for over two years now and my daughter has greatly benefitted from the work that her and Courtney do together. She is learning coping mechanism and calming techniques along with being able to really name her feelings when things come up. Along with the work that my daughter is doing Courtney is also helping ME in the process. I am learning that I may not be able to control or prevent the hard days but I am learning how to support my child on her journey by listening and modeling and taking ownership of my own feelings and hard days. I am truly grateful for the work that we are doing with Courtney and would hands down recommend her o anyone who has a child that might benefit from this type of work. —Angela
