An action-packed, exciting summer awaits your kids at Cooper Fit & Fun Camps! Campers explore interests in physical fitness and sports in a non-competitive environment and learn the importance of making healthy choices.

Our experienced staff and ideal setting—Cooper Fitness Center’s expansive outdoor spaces and indoor facilities—provide the ultimate camp experience. From lacrosse and volleyball to relay races and capture the flag—with fitness and nutrition lessons woven in—kids are introduced to thrilling activities to keep them active all day.


FIT & FUN SUMMER CAMPS:

Kids Camp: ages 5-7, 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Youth Camp: ages 8-13, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Early bird deadline: March 15

Add-ons (additional fees):

Splash Camp: 2:30-4 p.m. (Kids Camp only)

Extended Care: 7:30-9 a.m. and 4-5:30 p.m.

Lunch is available for purchase from Cedars Woodfire Grill.

ACTIVE KIDS ARE FIT KIDS AT COOPER SUMMER SPORTS CAMPS

Cooper also offers a variety of Sports Camps over the summer specific to basketball and tennis players with instruction from our experienced  Sports Pros to achieve excellence on and off the court.

BASKETBALL FUNDAMENTALS:

Ages 5-12

Through drills and practice games, players learn passing, dribbling and general knowledge of the game.

2019 Session Dates:

June 17-21

July 15-19

One-week Sessions (M-F)

Ages 5-7, 9-10:30 a.m.             

Ages 8-12, 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m.    

BASKETBALL SHOOTING SCHOOL:

Ages 10-14

Designed to help players perfect their shot, Basketball Shooting School includes drills to learn how to shoot off the dribble, pass and screen. It’s all about making baskets and scoring points!

June 24-28

July 22-26

One-week Sessions (M-F), 10 a.m.-Noon

BASKETBALL BOOT CAMP:

Ages 11-15

Basketball Boot Camp is for intermediate to advanced players looking to improve their strength, agility and footwork while also working on understanding the mental strategy of the game. Drills and scrimmage play included.

2019 Session Date:

July 29-August 2

One-week Session (M-F), 9 a.m.-Noon

TENNIS CAMP:

Ages 5-16

For beginner and intermediate players, Tennis Camp focuses on developing stroke and serving techniques while teaching players how to use the strokes in play appropriately. A racquet can be provided. White sole shoes are required.
