Dr. Mercer is always kind and respectful not only to me but my daughter. He speaks to her directly, since she was a baby he always makes sure to tell her hi first. He is patient and always calms any fears I might have. The office is always full of employees that love their job and greet me with a smile. They can get me in quickly when I need to see the doctor last minute. I’m never in the waiting room for long either.- Audrey, Fort Worth
